Chris has over 20 years of experience delivering tenant improvement project management and construction advisory professional services. He is responsible for interior construction of over 5 million square feet of office space primarily in Class “A” city-center and suburban high rises and over 200 successfully completed projects throughout the world ranging from 250,000 SF relocations; complex base-building construction monitoring on tenant’s behalf; facility management assignments; and straightforward expansions.

Assignments have been client based for companies such as The Chicago Board of Trade, PEAK6 Investments, Axiom, Adler Murphy & McQuillen, and ContextMedia. Locally, Chris was project manager for the historic Chicago Board of Trade trading floor conversion to high-profile headquarters for private investment firm PEAK6.  

He received his Bachelor’s degree in communications studies from University of lowa.
